XL Woo2 Adjustable Rig Combo includes: XL Woo2, XL Adjustable Rig with Pair Crossbars, 17.5" Ceramic Stone, 16"x20" Oval Stainless Grid and 18" Drip Pan;    24" XL stock grid under the Rig is not included.

If you do not have an xl platesetter, then this XL Combo is for you.  Add the xl 24" stock grid and you're ready for just about any set-up challenge.  

Platforms: XL Woo2 and XL Adjustable Rig with Pair Crossbars.  Here are four popular and easy to configure set-ups:

• To grill at the felt line, simply position the XL Woo2 on the fire ring and add the 24" stock grid atop the XL Woo2.  To barbeque, add the 17.5" Ceramic Stone on the Woo2's lower ring.  XL Woo2 with 17.5" Round Ceramic Stone is comparable to a platesetter set-up. 

• To grill 6" above the fire ring, position the XL Adjustable Rig on the fire ring and add the 16"x20" Oval Stainless Grid atop the XL Rig.  To barbeque, add the 17.5" Ceramic Stone on the Rig's lower Crossbar setting.  This set-up elevates the indirect piece (Stone) up above the fire ring for better air circulation.  Recommended set-up for single grid barbeque cooks. 

• To grill super high in the dome (9" above the fire ring) use the XL Adjustable Rig and XL Woo2 together.  To barbeque, add the 17.5" Stone.  Recommended set-up if going three grids. 

• To Sear, blacken, wok inside the fire ring, use the Woo2's lower ring as the staging platform for your grids, skillets, woks and such.  

Spider: It is not included as the XL Woo2's lower ring is a Spider configuration.  Add Big Green Egg's medium (15CI) or large (18CI) cast iron grid for searing, drop in a Wok for Asian style cooking, or add our 17.5" Round Ceramic Stone & 18" Round Stainless Drip Pan to create the indirect set-up for low & slow cooks.  

Cooking Grid: The 16"x20" Oval Stainless Grid comes standard.  The Grid fits inside on the Crossbars or atop the XL Adjustable Rig.  As a second grid option, the 20" Round Stainless Grid fits atop the XL Rig. 

Indirect Piece: The 17.5" Round Ceramic Stone is the indirect piece.  Position it on the XL Woo2 for a platesetter like configuration.  Set the Stone on the XL Rig's Crossbars to elevate the indirect set-up above the fire ring.  Our 16" Round Ceramic Stone is a slightly smaller option to the 17.5" Stone.  Add our 19" Half Round Stone to set-up quasi direct and indirect. 

Drip Pan: The 18" Drip Pan works in tandem with the 17.5" Ceramic Stone.  We recommend the 16" Stainless Drip Pan for small cooks.  Foil the Pan(s) for easy clean up.  

Going 3 Grids:  Three grids is easy to configure.  All you need to do is add one additional grid, 16"x20' Oval or 20" Round Stainless, and an XL Slide Guide.  The grid configuration includes the 24" stock grid on the XL Woo2 or platesetter and our Oval and/or Round Stainless Grid(s) on the XL Adjustable Rig.   Three grids holding 8 babyback racks is very possible.

Add and Save: Add the 20" Round Stainless Grid and XL Slide Guide Combo to set-up three grids.   We discounted the option for additional savings now.
